CitaTech builds software. We do that in two ways: we run our own products, and we build for clients who need systems that work. The two feed each other. Operating live products teaches us things no amount of consulting would, and client work keeps us solving problems outside our own backlog.

Ship what works
We would rather deliver something smaller that is genuinely reliable than a long feature list that half-works. What we say is running, is running.
Own the hard parts
Payment rails, data correctness and system reliability are where projects get hurt. We take those on rather than routing around them.
Be straight with people
If an idea will not work, or a timeline is not real, we say so early. That is more useful than agreeable.
Working with us
Our team is based in Nairobi, Kenya and we work with clients wherever they are. Most of our work happens remotely, and we are set up for it. If you would rather meet in person, that can be arranged too.
